I am a fan of comedy TV series
and have a selection that I see recurrently such as “How I meet you mother”, “The
big bang theory” (Love Sheldon!!) or “Cougar Town”.
Especially when I am stressed and
can’t sleep, instead of turning and turning in bed I seat myself in the couch
and just pop a DVD in… I am asleep within an hour or so!
Some series take same time to
grow on you (like Brooklyn 9 on 9 which I am now a fan) but I loved Cougar town
from the first episode (why did they take Barb out!!). However, I have to say
that season 3 felt like the producers did not know where to take the
story/episodes so when I heard about season 4 I was a bit reluctant to see it
(also it took ages to be released in DVD, at least for the European market). Finally,
two weeks ago and after a lot of thinking, I ordered it through amazon. It was
bit pricy and it only has 15 episodes but it was worth it. I was really happy
to see the Cul-de-sac back together. I like the lightness of it and goofy style
(Andy’ s “Come onnnn” or Laury’s “what what”). I am looking forward for season
5 and 6 which I read is the last one.
I give Cougar Town season 4 a
thumbs up!
