Yes, again, I am posting less than I wanted!! but right now I have a deadline for a potential work position and I really need to focus on it. Nevertheless, here are my latest mindful project days.
The Mindful project day #246
Getting good job related news!
I haven't gotten a position yet however, I will have an interview!! my first interview in the Netherlands!!!!!
I am aware that the chance of getting the job is very low but I have to try it! I am very grateful that I was selected for the interview!
The Mindful project day #247
Becoming a mum!
Definitely scary but also exciting!
Today I went for a coffee with one of my pregnant-fellows from our pregnancy group and I had a really nice time. I still get overwhelmed with the loads of info, opinions and products around but lately I feel like talking about my baby all the time...dangerous right?!! I might become one of those mums that can't talk about anything else and show pictures of the baby all the time...

Oh well, may my friends and family be granted with patience to put up with me... I promise to hold back a bit....
In the meantime, baby's clothes, bed linen and toys all wash and ready to use!
Now I have to prepare my hospital bag!!

The Mindful project day #248
Grateful for the good time and good food we had at our friends barbecue!
Today it's the 4th of May, " Remembrance of the Dead " dedicated to honouring those who fought and died during World War II. There are remembrance gatherings all over the country and two minutes of silence are observed at 8 p.m.
My husband's old student apartment mates commemorate this day with a barbecue after the 2 min. silence however, he doesn't know anybody living there now. Our friends M&A decided to start a new tradition with a barbecue at their house and I am very grateful for their invitation.
Enjoying the Liberation day with my hubby!
In the Netherlands, they celebrate Liberation Day on May the 5th to mark the end of the occupation by Nazi Germany during World War II. Dutch take this celebration very serious, understandably, its about gaining or restoring your right to Freedom which unfortunately, not everybody has achieved.
The liberation is celebrated with festivals, parades of veterans and musical concerts through the whole country. We had one of such in our city and it was lovely. Great weather, great music and atmosphere!
The Mindful project day #250
I am grateful that despite the holding back we can still enjoy going to the movies!
I know that for some of you it might sound futile but we each have our own things. Me and my hubby love movies and TV-series. In Sweden, we used to go to the movies often (there wasn't much else to do...) and we would also buy DVDs from Amazon more often (cheaper!!). Since we've been unemployed, first both of us and now one (alternating...), things have of course changed. To be honest I don't miss since our priorities and way of thinking also changed. Despite all, being unemployed helped us focus on what's important and to make better choices regarding spending money.
Anyway, blah, blah, blah... just to say we went to the movies today and saw Captain American civil war! Loved it, it gave a different perspective on the Avengers plus the end was quite different than most of the Captain America/Avengers/Iron man movies. Highly recommend the movie, the 3D however...there was no 2D option but I thing we didn't gain a lot from the 3D, my opinion.
The Mindful project day #251
Giro Italia!
We saw them!!!
The Mindful project day #252
That hate and love relationship our cat has with the vacuum cleaner!!
It can't be too close to her but she needs to have eyes on it all time!
Lets play a game, Find Flor!
And of course her curiosity!
I think her motto is "May no box that enters this house go unseen/smelled/researched"!!!
Just helping Dad with his Skykes!
Have a lovely Sunday!
Here the weather is amazing so we might go out a enjoy the sun a bit!
