It has been a long time since my last post mainly because I have been sick. Got a nasty cold that lasted 2 weeks followed by an inner ear infection called labyrinthitis (likely, according to the doctor, due to the cold) that makes me have trouble with my balance and feel nauseas. I felt like the room was spinning around while I was laying in my bed, not a nice thing specially when your walking and have to go around in the lab up and down. Its better now but I still feel a bit dizzy in the morning.
Anyhow, this weekend we went around Norwich and had a look at the dragons designed by different schools as part of the GoGo Dragons project. The idea is that in the end of the street exposition, the Dragons are auctioned and the profit is distributed between different charities. If you have kids, its a great outdoor activity to go around and find all of them but, as an adult, you also have lots of fun! Here are a few pictures of my favourites:
Dragonfly!! Pun intended!!
Tuppence, the scales were made out of, wait for it... two pence coins...
And this one was called Bling because it was "beadazzled" with shine pearls!
Another news is that we are going to move from the UK but that is for another post.
Have a lovely day!
